This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how United Signature (“United Signature,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you visit www.unitedsignature.com (the “Site”), submit a form, call us, text us, or otherwise interact with Us online or offline. By using the Site or submitting any information to Us, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
United Signature is a Washington State design-build remodeling and custom home construction company serving the greater Seattle area, including Bellevue, Bothell, Everett, Issaquah, Kirkland, and Tacoma.
If you have questions about this Policy or your privacy rights, contact marketing@unitedsignature.com.
When you submit a contact form, request a quote, use our ADU/DADU Cost Calculator, sign up for our newsletter, call or text us, apply for financing through our partners, or otherwise engage with Us, we may collect: your name, phone number(s), email address, home or project address, information about your property and renovation goals, budget range, preferred contact method and times, photos or plans you upload, and any other information you choose to share.
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect: your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time spent, clicks, scroll behavior, approximate geolocation (based on IP), and interaction data. We collect this information using cookies, tags, pixels, and similar technologies described in Section 2.
We may receive information about you from: advertising platforms (primarily Google Ads) reporting on your interaction with our ads; referral partners (including real estate professionals and participants in our Main Realtor, Prep n’ Sell, D.E.P.P., and Referral programs); financing partners (such as Enhancify) when you apply for financing; home-services platforms (such as Houzz) when you contact us through them; and public records.
To understand our audience, measure performance, and market our services, we use the following technologies on the Site:
If we add or remove tracking technologies (for example, if we begin advertising on Meta, TikTok, or other platforms), we will update this Section accordingly.
You can adjust browser settings to reject cookies; opt out of Google ad personalization at myadcenter.google.com; opt out of many advertising cookies at www.aboutads.info/choices and www.networkadvertising.org/choices; and exercise state-specific rights described in Section 8.
We use the information we collect to:
When you provide your contact information to United Signature — through a form on our Site, by phone, text, email, in person, or through a referral — and check the consent box presented to you at the point of submission, you expressly consent to receive marketing, transactional, and informational communications from United Signature through the following channels:
Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from United Signature.
United Signature handles its own marketing in-house. Messages are sent by our team or through service providers (such as our CRM and marketing-automation platform) that contact you on behalf of and under the brand of United Signature, under written contracts that restrict them to acting solely for Our purposes. We do not sell your contact information, and we do not authorize unaffiliated third parties to contact you in our name. If you are contacted by someone claiming to represent United Signature and you did not provide consent directly to Us, please report it to marketing@unitedsignature.com.
You may withdraw consent at any time by: replying STOP to any text message; clicking “unsubscribe” in any email; telling our representative in writing or verbally; or emailing marketing@unitedsignature.com. Withdrawing marketing consent will not affect the lawfulness of any communications sent before we process your request, and we may continue to contact you about active projects, warranty matters, safety issues, and legally required notices.
All information on our Site — including service descriptions, pricing ranges, promotional discounts, timelines, financing terms, ADU/DADU feasibility and cost estimates, permit-related guidance, materials, and project examples — is provided for general informational and marketing purposes only.
Every United Signature project is custom. Actual services, scope, pricing, timelines, material availability, permitting requirements, structural feasibility, zoning compliance, and financing terms vary based on the individual property, site conditions, local jurisdiction, building codes, and the homeowner’s specific needs, preferences, and selections. Nothing on the Site, in any marketing communication, in any chatbot or AI response, or in any verbal statement by a marketing representative constitutes a binding offer, quote, guarantee, warranty, or professional advice regarding permits, zoning, structural engineering, or financing.
All services, estimates, scopes of work, costs, timelines, and project specifications must be verified in person with a United Signature representative through an on-site consultation and must be confirmed in a signed written agreement before any work is performed.
Website content, marketing materials, cost calculators (including the ADU/DADU Cost Calculator), social media posts, promotional offers, AI-generated responses, and informal conversations are not binding and may not reflect the final scope, price, feasibility, or permit status of your project.
Jurisdictional rules for accessory dwelling units vary significantly across King, Snohomish, and Pierce counties and the cities within them. Any discussion of ADU/DADU feasibility, legal status, permit eligibility, or rental potential is preliminary and must be verified against current municipal code and confirmed through the applicable permitting authority. United Signature makes no representation about the permitted status of existing accessory structures on any property.
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share your contact information with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share information only as described in this Policy, including with:

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted transmission, access controls, and vendor due diligence. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to or from the Site.
