Our client bought the land intending to turn it into their home with his wife two years ago. Together with their idea of emphasizing the beauty of the site by simply building a coastal home type, they started building a team to make all of this happen.
The goal of this redesign is to polish the finishing of the interiors; crafting an inviting space that’s both stylish and functional, adding up luxurious contemporary feels within the different rooms of the 270 sq ft house.
This Classic Contemporary interior design is accented mostly with matte black fixtures that add sophistication to every corner. We took advantage of this 10-foot high ceiling by adding a kitchen cabinet for maximizing the storage space.
The whole place was painted white for a clean finish, and the floors are Oak-style LVP.
