At United Signature, we teamed up closely with the builder and homeowners from day one to transform this forest‑framed parcel into a ground‑up custom retreat. Together, we selected deep navy‑blue lap siding, crisp white trim, and rich cedar accents to create an exterior that’s both bold and inviting. Inside, our integrated design‑build process ensured every space flows effortlessly. Wide‑plank flooring and an exposed timber beam draw you to the stone‑wrapped fireplace, the heart of the home, while oversized windows invite the surrounding woods indoors. In the kitchen, we paired a waterfall‑edge quartz island with two‑tone shaker cabinetry, crafting a versatile hub for casual breakfasts and sophisticated entertaining alike.
